Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to green initiatives and eco-friendly development as part of the New Niger Agenda.
During a visit to the Minister of Environment, Balarabe Abbas Lawal, they discussed enhancing collaboration to tackle environmental challenges, promote biosafety, and advance sustainable climate action in Nigeria.
The Minister expressed gratitude for the visit and committed to federal support for strengthening environmental programs in Niger State.
Both leaders emphasized the need for deeper collaboration between Federal and State bodies to implement sustainable environmental strategies for a cleaner, safer Nigeria for future generations.
