The Niger State Government has pledged N5 billion to reactivate the aviation mini campus at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Airport in Minna.
Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago announced the funding during a visit to the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology Zaria.
The project aims to reduce travel expenses for children studying aviation-related courses abroad.
The college, established in 1964, has six schools and has a long-standing relationship with the Niger State government.
The project will strengthen the partnership with the state government and significantly impact personnel training and expertise in agro-aviation business.
