Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has inaugurated the All Progressives Congress (APC) e-registration process, concurrently validating his membership.
The event took place at the Government House in Minna, attended by party and government officials.
Bago emphasized the initiative’s benefits for transparency and party integrity, announcing substantial logistical support, including N160 million, 300 motorcycles, and 300 tablets.
He encouraged APC members to confirm their registrations and invited new members to join. The initiative is part of party reforms, aimed at enhancing membership structure and data collection in preparation for the 2027 elections.
The registration will proceed in all 274 wards until January 30, 2026.
