Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has presented a 40-seater bus to the Niger Tornadoes Football Club to address logistical issues.
Bago reiterated his administration’s commitment to supporting sports in the state and received the State Contingent of the 9th edition of the National Youth Games in Asaba, Delta State.
The governor’s gesture will help solve logistics problems and boost player morale.
The Niger State team finished 13th overall at the 9th National Youth Games, winning 11 medals, including gold in handball, weightlifting, boxing, and scrabble.
